SOGES S.p.A. has been shortlisted as firm leader of the consortium for the tender EuropeAid/136880/IH/SER/TL "Technical Assistance to Support Capacity Building to NAO Services" in Timor Leste, funded by the European Commission.

The winner of the tender will provide support to all aspects of project cycle management, EDF regulations, guidelines and implementation modalities, cross-cutting issues in addition to interventions to support key priorities of line ministries, and non-state actors in line with EU development cooperation priorities. The purpose is to provide

1) long-term technical assistance, advisory services and training to strengthen knowledge of operational and contractual and financial procedures, monitoring and reporting, programming, human resource management and office management systems within the NAO office (48 months)
2) short/medium-term specialised expertise (about 400 man-days)
