On 19 January 2016, on the occasion of the green light given by the European Commission to cross-border cooperation programs Greece-Italy, Italy-Croatia and Italy-Albania-Montenegro, SOGES organizes

During 2015 SOGES has supported the Managing Authorities in the definition and preparation of four programs of European Territorial Cooperation. The goal of the meeting is to explain to local authorities of the province of Lecce the challenge of this new program, which has interesting development opportunities for the area.

The European Strategy for smart, sustainable and inclusive fact promotes the effective use of funds through an integrated design that fosters dialogue between the different actors of the quadruple helix (public authorities, businesses, research centers and the public).
