The Italy- France Maritime Programme 2014-2020 attains the objectives of cohesion policy with a strong “maritime” dimension, taking into consideration not only coasts problems, but also the ones of internal areas.

The  Programme involves the whole Corse, Sardinia and Liguria regions, five provinces of Tuscany coast and 2 PACA region departments: Alpes-Maritimes and Var.

It is cofinanced by European Regiona Development Fund (ERDF) with an amount of around 170 million euros, with additional National funds.

The programme is organized into 4 priority axes.

• Axis 1: Promotion of SMEs competitiveness in crossborder supply chains
• Axis 2: Protection and valorisation of cultural and natural resources and risk management
• Axis 3: Improvement of territories connection and portual activities sustainability
• Axis 4: Enhancement of sustainable job opportunities for the quality and insertion through economic activity
