The available eligible area of the Programme includes Valle d’Aosta Region, territories of the Italian provinces of Torino, Cuneo and Imperia,  and French departments of Savoie, Haute Savoie, Haute-Alpes, Alpes de Haute Provence and Alpes Maritimes.

The Programme priority axes are so organized:

1. Applied Innovation. Transfer of innovation and enabling technologies
2. Safe environment. Improve ALCOTRA territory resilience on climate change
3. Territory attractiveness. Preserving the environment and valorising cultural and natural resources, even through sustainable tourism development and green economy
4. Social Inclusion and European Citizenship. Encourage the establishment and permanence of people in mountain and rural areas.

The total amount of ERDF resources available for ALCOTRA Programme are around 200 million euros, financed  at 85%.

Deadlines:
Open of a pilot call from 15th July to 15th September on SO 2.2 (Natural Risks), 3.1 (Tourism) and 4.1 (Social and Health services) for projects lasting 18 months maximum
2° call from 15th September to 15th November on all Priority axes
