Approved Soges S.p.A. Business Plan for 2015-2019

The Board of Directors and the Assembly of SOGES S.p.A. gathered today at the headquarters of Turin, have approved the Business Plan 2015-2019.

A five-year growth path that will be developed by internal lines, through the strengthening of human resources, organization, communication, investment in research and development; and by external lines, through purchase of strategic companies with growth potential. With an investment of over 5 million euro over the period, this growth path  will also have a significant impact on employment, as it foresees for the company a total of 90 employees at the end of the period.

During the same Meeting, the Shareholders appointed a new member of the Board of Directors: Mr. Biagio Alberto Angelo Bonfiglio.

Mr. Bonfiglio holds a degree in Law and Economics at the University of Messina and a degree in Economic and Financial Security Sciences at the University of Rome Tor Vergata. A certified public accountant, has attended several training courses on crimes against the public administration and has been Technical Consultant (CTP) for Italian and International companies in Criminal Proceedings. From 1981 to 2002 he was Officer of Guardia di Finanza (Italian Finance Police) with control tasks and operational direction of Tax Police Units, direction and coordination of investigations against money laundering, reaching the rank of Lieutenant Colonel. Mr Bonfiglio has been Chief Financial Officer of real estate companies and financial intermediation companies. Since June 2013, the sole director of ConserVCO SpA based in Verbania.

The Board of SOGES S.p.A. to date is as follows:

- Mr. Luigi Marconi, President and CEO;

- Ms. Barbara Beretta, member of the Board;

- Mr. Biagio Alberto Angelo Bonfiglio, member of the Board.

With the Board of Directors fully operational and with the new Business Plan already presented to the employees of the company, SOGES SpA is now able to face a new era of growth and development with the ambition to continue being a landmark in the national and international markets in which it operates more than 40 years.
