It's official: today, January 31st 2017, SOGES S.p.A. enters the capital of BDS, which becomes now an integral part of SOGES network.

At the base of the signature on the agreement there is a mutual desire to bring together their respective know-how, allowing the two companies to work together to provide to companies new businesses and innovative opportunities for strategic, commercial and digital development.

BDS is a company whose core business is primarily concerned with market and customer intelligence, planning and launch of commercial projects, digital business with its own platforms, as well as specific skills in business development and technical management of IT platforms and databases.

Luigi Marconi, President of SOGES S.p.A., said: “BDS enriches SOGES network with important human and professional skills, which allow us to expand our offering, multiply the commercial synergies and strengthen our market presence. It is, after integrations with Grifo multimedia and Cortese Consulting, a further, important step by which we advance with determination towards the growth targets set by our business plan".
